2011 Sponsorship Opportunities
Team Sponsor- $500
(Available in 3 payments $166.66)
The team sponsorship is the most basic sponsorship we offer.
It is also the most popular. Each one of our teams needs a sponsor to assist in
bringing down their cost. The first $250 of each sponsorship is automatically
given back to the sponsored team to bring down their cost. This takes 25% off
of their total signups, and allows them to work off even more of their signups
by logging community service hours through the SBA Community Service Program.
Here is what each of our team sponsors receives:
-NAME ON
JERSEY: Each sponsor will have their names clearly visible on the jersey of
their team. They are required to wear these jerseys at all 8 regular season
games, all playoff games, and state tournament games.
-AD ON SITE: Sponsors will have a banner (if they provide
it) displayed at games on gamedays for all regular season and local playoff
games.
-AD ON WEBSITE: Team sponsors will have their ads featured
on the local homepage for the division, clearly visible for all players and
fans. This is the only source of league info, so the exposure generated will be
large.
-AD AT STATE TOURNAMENT: Each sponsor will have the
opportunity to display their banner at the SBA State Tournament, which will
give them prime-time exposure to all 20 division champions from across Texas as
well as all players and fans to attend this event, which will also feature a
promoted concert.
-POSITIVE COMMUNTIY EXPOSURE: The act of assisting these
teams in costs will not fall upon deaf ears. We do our best to help promote our
sponsors to the community and inform everyone of the good deed our sponsors do
in assisting our sometimes financially strapped players in getting the
statewide exposure they may seek, and the exercise they need.
Division Title Sponsor-
$2500 (Available for financing)
This is a fantastic way to promote your business on the next
level. Aside from names on the jerseys, you receive EVERYTHING mentioned above.
You will also additionally receive the list of benefits below:
-TITLE SPONSOR: The division will be named after our division
sponsor. (Ex: Dr. Pepper Tyler YMCA Division) Each time the division is
mentioned the sponsor’s name will be mentioned.
-INCREASED EXPOSURE: All media sources that we report SBA
scores to will announce the division’s name in its entirety when reading off
scores weekly.
-WEB EXPOSURE: Each of our division sponsors will have an ad
placed on the league’s sponsor page which is linked up with the statewide
homepage.
-NEWS EXPOSURE: As your name is mentioned in the title of
each division, it will be mentioned in all news/media related interviews.
State Tournament
Sponsor- Prices Negotiable/TBD
The SBA 2011 State Tournament and Finals will feature a
minimum of 20 teams, and will be held in San Antonio in mid-August. We are
expecting, in addition to all the players, about 2,000 fans to attend all of
the events to be hosted. We will also stream the event online for viewing and promote
it with our sponsor’s logos to the entire community to drive ticket sales. The
following is an outline of what a State Tournament Sponsor will receive:
-VIDEO ADVERTISING: We allow all sponsors to run video
advertisements on the big screen at the SBA Finals.
-FLYER/ONLINE PROMOTIONS: All major sponsors are included in
all advertising campaigns in the host community.
-ON-SITE PROMOS: Sponsors can distribute samples or other
goods on site to fans.
-LARGE SIGNAGE AT EVENT: Sponsors are allowed to place large
sized advertisements throughout the event.
-EVENT OR AWARD TITLE: We will have a few places available
for companies to name an award, or even act as a title sponsor for the event.
