SBA Community Service Programs and Charitable Causes
The Shamrock Basketball Association strives to become an outstanding member of all the communities we are a part of. In order to be our best and give back to our communities, we have various programs that allow our players and partners to both give back and receive charitable contributions from our organization. Program Outlines
SBA Player Community Service Initiative
This program allows our players to receive refunds for community service hours logged as a time donation (or monetary donation) to selected causes. The SBA partners with our local city governments as well as our facility partners to select worthy causes prior to each season. SBA Financial Assistance Program
Each season, the SBA selects five team applicants from across the state to recieve full refunds for their signup fees. We look to provide these five season-scholarship packages to teams that can prove to us why they deserve it and how they look to better themselves or those around them through the program. Applicants may apply via the Contact Us page. Videos applications are they only type that will be considered. In addition to the free signup the five winning teams will receive, they will additionally have their story featured on the SBA's statewide homepage.
SBA Team Sponsorship Program
The SBA Team Sponsorship Program allows for local businesses, or individuals, to sponsor a team, and assist in bringing the costs of playing down drastically for the players, as well as receive numerous benefits through advertising and other promotions from the SBA.
